Nursery Delivery Guidelines

If you choose to have Gold Star Tree & Turf Farm, LLC deliver your trees to your business or jobsite, there are some details that will ensure that the material is delivered on time, and in perfect condition! The prices we quote are for delivery of the plants to the destination address(es) you give to us.

As a valued customer, you are responsible for:

• Providing an accurate delivery address – We may also ask for directions to clarify the delivery location
• Accepting the material – You’ll need to have a qualified person on site to accept the plant material. Any issues with any material included in your delivery should be brought to our attention immediately. Call us on our toll free number, 1.8000.648.8873
• Unloading the material – Customers are required to have the proper equipment at the delivery site to unload the plants when the truck arrives. Equipment type and size required will vary, based on the size of the plant material. The number of people needed will also vary based on the size of the trees, or the volume of the order.
• Getting the trailer unloaded in a timely manner – We assume that full trailer loads of trees will take between one and two hours to unload with the proper number of people and the right equipment. After two hours, we may be subject to driver waiting time charges, which in most cases will be your responsibility, unless previous arrangements are agreed upon.
• Careful handling of plants during the unloading process – Gold Star cannot be held responsible for plants that become damaged during the unloading process.
